As I navigated moving states and needing to change all of my insurance, James was knowledgeable and thorough in helping me get everything updated and done well. He also helped me get pet insurance set up when I adopted my cat, to ensure I wouldn’t face astronomical vet bills should something happen. Anytime I’ve had questions about my insurance, James has responded promptly and helped me get them resolved. He’s always been patient and attentive with my concerns and ensures I get the right coverage. When I got in a car accident, James made sure everything about the claim was taken care of so all I had to worry about was recovering physically.
